Using PawLog
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of PawLog, operated by Terry Watkins, doing business as PawLog (“PawLog,” “we,” or “us”). Please review them carefully. These terms are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the markets where PawLog will operate.
Using the service
PawLog helps pet owners and authorized caregivers organize pet profiles, health and care records, reminders, documents, and stay updates. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only as permitted by law. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Care information is not veterinary advice
PawLog is an organizational tool, not a veterinarian, veterinary clinic, diagnostic service, or emergency service. Records, summaries, reminders, and AI-generated text may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical advice. Confirm medication, feeding, and vaccination instructions with a licensed veterinary professional. Do not rely on PawLog for urgent or emergency care.
Your records and caregiver sharing
You retain your rights to information you submit and authorize PawLog to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit another person’s contact information and for choosing who can view or update care details. Sharing a care sheet or inviting a caregiver may expose the pet information selected for that sharing. Remove access when it is no longer needed.
AI and reminders
Document scanning uses automated systems to suggest text and care entries. You must review and correct all suggestions before saving or acting on them. Reminders depend on the information and time zone you enter, device and network availability, and third-party delivery systems. We cannot guarantee every alert will be delivered or arrive on time; maintain any care routine independently when a missed reminder could affect an animal’s health.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse PawLog, attempt to access another user’s account or records without permission, upload harmful or unlawful material, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access when needed to protect users or the service. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Pet-owner subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual terms at the price shown when you choose a plan. A new subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You must provide a payment method to start the trial; you are not charged until it ends, and the subscription then renews automatically at the selected interval unless you cancel first. We aim to email a reminder three days before the trial ends, but email delivery is not guaranteed. You can cancel in Settings at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues through the current paid period or trial. Business accounts and complimentary memberships do not require payment. A cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PawLog is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular care decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including reliance on a missed reminder or an unverified AI extraction.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The operator is Terry Watkins, doing business as PawLog. For questions about these terms, contact supportpawlog@gmail.com.
